Mark E. Schneider, CEO

CEO Mark Schneider has over 40 years’ experience in psychiatric and mental health management and operations. He has built, operated and managed psychiatric and physical rehabilitation facilities in eighteen states. His experience includes extensive medical and supervisory training received in the United States Army, where he was awarded the Bronze Star for Heroism and a Purple Heart for his service during the Vietnam War.

Mr. Schneider holds both a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.

Aaron Kneas, CFO

Aaron has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a specialization in healthcare. He has been instrumental in all aspects of origination and execution of capital structure and advisory transactions ranging in size from $5 million to $300 million. He has successfully arranged over $1 billion of senior debt, mezzanine debt, sale leaseback, accounts receivable and equity financings in the healthcare sector.

Aaron holds a BA in Economics from DePauw University.

Stephen Chesney, COO

Stephen has over 30 years of experience working in the behavioral healthcare field in various capacities operating inpatient, residential and outpatient services. He has served in senior positions with a wide breadth of experience in operations, marketing and business development. In addition, he has operated and managed behavioral facilities in over 10 states, including large urban and rural areas, with both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Stephen has a Bachelor degree in psychology from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s degree in experimental psychology from Indiana State University.

Ann Miller, Chief Development Officer

Ann has been active in the mental health and addiction treatment field for more than 30 years. She has served in senior positions at treatment centers in the U.S. and Russia, including Smithers’ and the Freedom Institute in NYC; Father Martin’s Ashley, Havre de Grace, MD; The Recovery Center, Moscow, Russia; CRC Health Group; Acadia Behavioral Health and Caron Treatment Centers.

She has two Masters’ Degrees and a PhD from Columbia University.
